Health Warranty

We send them home with 30 days of free insurance; you must activate it within 24 hours of take-home day to use it. The company doesn't start later dates.

We guarantee the puppy is healthy at the time of sale, proven by our vet's signed health examination certificate. To uphold this, you'd have to have your vet examine your puppy within 48 hours of the take-home date to verify my vets' health check is correct. Otherwise, resulting in voiding the warranty.

For warranty, we offer congenital defects for the first year. Your vet must diagnose that the issue is, in fact, a genetic disorder and rule out environmental possibilities completely.

Note: Congenital anomalies can be defined as structural or functional anomalies (for example, metabolic disorders) that occur during intrauterine life and can be identified prenatally, at birth, or sometimes may only be detected later in infancy, such as hearing defects.

This guarantee is only against debilitating issues or defects that compromise the lifespan/QOL of the dog only.

The warranty states you must return the dog for a refund or replacement; if you choose to keep the dog, you agree to take on those responsibilities, thus voiding the warranty.

A refund can take up to 90 days to be paid out. And replacement comes from next availability in the breeding program.

If a flaw is found by my vet and price is reduced, you can choose to pass on the puppy instead for future pup without flaw, or cancel purchase and I will refund of Deposit or take the puppy with the flaw.

If you choose to take the pup with the flaw, that is marked down in contract as sold with the flaw, we don't warrant that puppy's health, that is why there's a discount applied to all imperfections.

We have our vet extensively check each puppy, they grade the patella, bite, eyes, ears, heart and structure.

This allows you to decide before actual purchase if your comfortable with the puppy you picked out.

We do not guarantee things like size, coat quality, or patella. As size is just impossible to guarantee. Coat and Patella both have a lot of environmental factors. We also don't guarantee testicles to drop on pet dogs, since they are being neutered anyways.
